Halfway through the game, felt significantly slower compared to leagues past. Even with going out of my way to get the huge level spikes from filling in and running kal maps.

Third day of playing I mostly just sat in town/traded to try and get overpriced gear.

✔ Intentionally done & never mentioned in patch notes, live stream, balance pages.

I dunno, hopefully the game gets better. Not in any big hurry to try and run end game maps now.

I definitely noticed the mob density reduction but I was always five or more levels above the monster level because im a slow dunce that stops and does every little thing while leveling my first in a league. I was at lake level 10 when I got to maps, which is honestly a good thing I dont gatta fuck around and rush during mapping to get it maxed out. Also had every heist quest done. Havent had any problem so far except for getting one shot by second vinarious fight when hes never touched me before ever. I guess I gatta get it somewhere.

Game is over 10 years old now.

Players who got there because of diablo 2 also got older, have jobs, families, don't care about hard mode anymore and want to have fun.
New players didn't even play diablo2.
So they should just drop hard mode direction and they should also drop idea that someone will lucky slam an item

What's the point of standard if you can't juice, and what's the point of ssf if you can't semideterministically craft your own gear?

I've seen streamers complaining that never complained: empy, mathil, lighty, alkaizer..., so you know it's bad

I've also seen video of streamer raging: game is shit, but he can't stop playing because he's addicted!

I think that's the sentiment we all can relate to!

Having said all that, new lightning skills are fun, and because of them I'm kinda enjoying the league!

GGG mixed cumulatively, all leagues mechanics, and ended up in a complete unbalanceable, unmanageable, mess. Even now the recent "loot" correction (which is an anchor tactic and ignores the archnemesis spikes damages) is incoherent: some kind of rewards are like 10 times than some others for same gameplay time. Basically lost control. Players will change their atlas following it, then GGG will fix it up and the rage will rise again.

They should have kept a modular structure and make rotations like in flashback events, with the current league always being on. Wont say bad things about Chris Wilson ( ie: he's looking like young child who refuses to do his poop in the pot).

PoE can be so fun, but the game honestly feels like a cluster-f***. There's 700 league mechanics, 816474819174 different types of loot you can pick up and utilitize, and so much content that changes EVERY single season, buffs, nerfs, new things, removed things. I honestly don't know how you all keep up with the changes and live an enjoyable life. The "best" way to play the game is to BLOCK every component they introduced in the game so you can run your favorite content through loops holes in game mechanics. It's exhausting and I quit after a week of trying to enjoy the game every league.
