He simply logged in and played the game GGG coded.
Its not down to players to know whats a bug or a valid game mechanic unless GGG specifies it before hand.
GGG has been ridiculous this league, their reputation and game dropped by a shit ton.
On top of harvest and nerfs and shit launch and streamers drama and "im sorry" posts.
And now banning people (streamers) as a fake act to make up back to good terms with the players.

This guy is just trying to justify this. Probably one of the people banned.
Exploiting a bug in the game should be a bankable offense.
You make it sound like GGG purposely coded it like that and then decided it was a mistake.
You can find an exploit in most any game.
Using it to gain an advantage that was never meant to exist is just like hacking or botting.
