knowledge/RNG has almost nothing to do with that honestly, because unless you're willing to put in those ungodly amount of hours, you can get all the RNG in the world and still won't have a chance. It will make a huge difference between those groups though

These guys are constantly grinding, and we have people like dmitry that'll cry about RNG because he can't get what they have playing 2 hours a day.
