sounds like 16%more dps to me, decreasing when increase cast speed, increasing for mapclears, low use in bossfight
sounds like, 2seals+spell echo = 3golems only, not 4 /// 6seals+spell echo = 8golems, not 12golems, AKA your spell echo not reoccur, but your spell cascade does!

Originally I was thinking starting ed/cont for quick questing and super quick white and yellow maps with no gear. The buffs sem okay not amazing then I might try out one of the new chaos skills for higher tiers. I'm starting to change my mind due to how competitive the chaos gear will be so I might start elementalist with fp or really anything but arc
