Been wanting to do ball lightning for a while now, but typically only do 1 build per league...with the self cast buff, I think synthesis will be my chance.

40c cocspin build provided coc isint nerfed in 3.6 with 180k bv & 150K bf (on hit, not dps) @ 165%~ life and maxed crit. good enough for softcore.
should be able to dive straight into boss farming. need an early warlords mark ring thats all.

with the new es changes/items i will prob respec from sin -> trickster later on and go bananas with the new ES leech jewels and the synergy the new announced shaped armor can provide.

what you mean 40c cospris build? cospris cost 2ex+ at the start

no cospris. The 2 most expensive items within that 40c is a starkonja and tabula, with the exception of the elder ring. I'll probably end up getting it myself really quick anyway.
