ok ill explain it than ...
lets asume we do 1 map
and that map with zero rarity will drop 20 rare random items...
now with rarity same map woud drop 100 rare items...
so were did those 80 items come from and how are they determent ??
also ggg can confirm this...
and diablo2 i played for 7 years and MF did efect mods there ... becuse those extra items are pushed out..
on on top of all this theory bullshit... i put this for myself on a big test scale and results are what i am saying...
when u will be testing and prove that it has no efect than ill bealive u
even youtube noob stremers did tests on quant vs rarity and they confirm that rarity > quantity...
so did they photoshoped the whole 20 mins long movies...or truth is shown ... its for u to deside
