I used to do the same. Only getting half way to 97~ and telling myself that I could EASILY get to 100 by doing xyz while not dying.
It took me years to actually try for once to get atleast one character to 100 because the grind is boring and its easier to make excuses instead of actually putting in the work.
getting 100 by sucking breachstones runs or chaining low maps like no tomorrow and being proud of this "work" is a turd privilege, i guess.
