Need a minute here, printing out 99 pages of my 2014 orblog, I kept all the info of every orb that dropped and the time of drop in there.

Edit: Couldn't find it, seems that my first Exalt dropped in 2015. Problem is, I hired a little chinese kid to keep track of my orb drops. When I quitted the game (april 2015) he moved back to China and took the whole 2015 orblog with him. I remember he was working on some equation while I was sleeping. He must have solved the RNG equation on his own and sold everything to a big Chinese Item webshop. This is him on the right:

The more i play the less exalted i find

you mean the game has been playing itself for 8-9 months?

Started playing 1.5 month ago.

Found one in A2 Merci somewhere, after that i've found 7 more so faar.

So a total of 8 in 1.5 month

Some other finds during my time:

I'm a month in. Found an exalt in a barrel a few days ago. 100 hours.

it's like that time when I found a vex rune under a rock in D2 when the expansion first came out xD

Except its nothing like when you found that vex rune. In D2 you would be constantly finding things of worth that you could readily trade so finding that vex wasnt THE DROP. In POE its chaos/exalt or do a research paper to see what your shitty item is worth in low orbs to poe tycoon for days to trade all the while finding shitty uniques that nobody wants and hoarding them for shards/whatever the hell you can trick people into paying for them.

POE is not any different from when d3 barrel farming was more lucrative that killing shit. Its exactly the same now. Im willing to bet 10 exalts that someone would get more loot breaking everything on the way to piety than farming maps hour for hour for a few days.

No idea on play time but I've only seen one drop for another player in act two merciless
