I think poe has more viewers than starcraft and d3 combined..

Yeah seriously. Wait till you get 30% ms boots and a couple ms nodes to say its slow lol.
I run in agro all the monsters in the zone and slash it out.

Had - at one point for a short period.

That's only twitch though - SC2 has hundreds of thousands of viewers on GOM TV and all the other premium and free streaming sites. Twitch is mostly Dota-clone and diablo streams...

That said I'm impressed by how many vewiers it gets. While I HATE the gameplay and a lot of the character progression of the game, the item side of this is pretty damn cool, and that alone can make it interesting for a while.

Until full PvP patch hits D3 won't have many viewers because frankly it's boring to watch. Like PoE it had a LOT of viewers early on because PvE was new and exciting for people but it's just not a spectator game - and netiher is PoE - which will steadily lose all it's viewers over the next 2 months.

Kripp has been streaming PoE primarely for 6 months or so now
Nearly twice as long as he streamed D3
His viewers have gone up a decent amount
Currently maintaining 4.5k or so

which is very impressive considering one is a huge blizzard blockbuster and the other is some random indie game that a lot of people never heard of before.

I dont know much about prior to him streaming d3 and if he allready had a large fanbase, but i dont think he would have any where near the same number of viewers he has now, if he had started his steaming carreer with POE and had never streamed D3.

personally i think the number of viewers being similar speaks loudest for him self as far as attracting viewers and not the game hes playing.
