Also, I never said "you have to have a different name", I literally said SHOULD and that its an advice/suggestion. Why do you keep thinking I'm telling someone that they have to for complete immunity?
I never once said this is a failsafe method, just an extra preventative measure that could help you be safer/go undetected


1.) Matching names isn't proof. As I said before, someone else can use the same/similar names across platforms. Your jsp name can ALSO be changed. You can troll others or just copy names you like.

2.) Again, someone with a name that matches a discord name posting in jsp is no more evidence than the name itself is.

3.) Some random person on discord offering money(which the transaction didn't happen as far as we know) is not proof either.

All of these things are EASILY explained away.

Go ahead and explain how bigfoot is legit and how there's mountains of evidence. Then make a PSA about keeping your family safe from bigfoot while camping. 😳

Some person just randomly made an account with the name bestpandanz/bestpandnz or changed to it every now and then, just to send people with mirror tier items a message offering cash LOL

Like you keep talking about how these names are so common but you won't give one actual example or proof that this is a commonly used name

But to entertain you, this is a field of cryptozoology
They're usually based on folklores and sightings/findings by people over time
Most of their "scientific" claims have literally been disproven
That's like someone using the argument of "you can't prove it's wrong so it can't be" and using that as the basis of foundation of your entire thesis lol
"I can't prove that God doesn't exist so he must exist. It's a fact" xdd

Nah, you can go on back to reddit and explain to them. Heard plenty about it here already. Whatever you do, don't trade on jsp. The PoE posse don't mess around and they'll find you. They'll cancel your social media accounts and release Manbearpig in your neighborhood for RMT. 👍

All I did was suggest that you shouldn't have matching names and to possibly change it if you do (and care) lol

Regardless of whether or not he's actually guilty, the fact remains that this entire ordeal started because of matching names

Tldr:
I made this thread to warn people that d2jsp has come to light on Reddit (I'm sure that GGG and Reddit already knew about d2jsp but it's on the spotlight right now)
I suggested that people shouldn't have matching names across different platforms
Darrknight is adamant that matching names doesn't mean anything and having different names provide 0 benefit essentially
