You were "fixing" people's posts by adding "allegedly" to them at first, and after proof was posted, you still claimed they are just assumptions/speculations
How are they assumptions/speculations if the accused person has admitted they have also been banned, and the accused is also one of the most commonly traded person amongst multiple other individuals who have been banned?

Its because smalldevil94 runs a RMT website and uses d2jsp to get the exalts to sell for real money. So he's trading thousands of exalted orbs every league and GGG finally caught up to banning him and anyone he trades with. smalldevil94 doesn't care because he doesn't play the game and PoE is purely a source of money for him by selling exalted orbs so when smalldevil94 gets banned he just makes a new account and keeps selling exalted orbs. Mean while the people that play game and trade in forum gold are losing their accounts with lots of money worth of mtx and supporter packs on them. You can just google smalldevil94 and see that he just sells exalted orbs for a living. I'm also fairly certain that he does some shady shit to get a ton of exalted orbs early in every league which he then sells for forum gold ( thats how he gets his fg ) and then he cashes out when the prices are favorable to him.

No, since RMT is always risky, no matter the buyer/seller.

He should just go about it a different way, via middlemen he can trust, so the IP/HWID isn't flagged.
