Both yes and no. It takes alot longer to learn for sure, but its also so much more complex and with endless options in most things you do.

I'd recommend to play both! A lot of people always start arguments on why PoE is better, etc (and vice versa). Nothing wrong with enjoying two things simultaneously

Eh, you'd get there with PoE, but you'd need to spend probably 10x more hours on it compared to D2
