Its pretty funny that the only thing you're confused about is torment scarabs i listed a bunch of other stuff you dont seem so confused on.

I thought the raining HH was to use the Zana mod with quant and reliquary scarabs farming T4 seeds.
How to use torment scarab for it? Possess foe? but I thought its just for scarabs.
