It's probably the same routine that deliver a price when you win or are ranked in a special event, it is triggered when you buy absolutely anything, so 1rst is the one you really buy, second is the "free"
Hard to find a counter-argument. thus you are screwed if you didn't see which one appeared first now lets guess the one at LEFT is the second one.

they are stacked when multiple, but yea so i dont remember what i got on the second one
