Dont buy a 2700x. I have no issues with the i5 8600k

I have an older i5 myself and have no issues with other games, I was merely using that hardware as a reference of people having the same problems I seem to have, with brand new equipment. I hadn't actually decided on whether I'll get a new computer or not yet, let alone the parts I'd want. But I do really want something new! My computer is 8, and my car is 16!

giving ranks (executing) and making the syndicate allies with each other makes stuff more difficult so if you have problems avoid these
however having higher ranks allows you to get more people to the safehouses which in turn gives more reward chests for you
having the syndicate ally themselves means you get more chances to interact with them (I think?) which lets you get the information faster

interrogating gives you the information for the safehouses but it often also deranks the one being interrogated and they go to jail as well.
Sometimes you can get information with no downsides though, taking these should imo usually take priority

Updated, for hc id remove all the spell crit nodes, use controlled destruction gem and take a lot more life.
Use essence worm for wrath to free up more mana for mind over matter.
