Doesn't really do much for you if it's contained to hits with the weapon it's crafted on. Would make it useless for stat sticks.

Also, just because they can't be evaded doesn't mean they can't miss, right? So you'd still have to get some source of accuracy.

Shaper scepter + couple phys conversions + spell damage + lyco + ek coc.

I just figured if you swing and don't hit an enemy, you'd miss rather than the enemy evading.

Makes less sense the more I read it.

(coc in weapon)-rain of arrows - cascade - firestorm - icespear - (volatile death) - bladefall
(coc in weapon)-barrage-gmp - fireball-icespear-artic breath-Magma orb(/ball lightning)

so thats a maximum of 5active gems that trigger from CoC (4if use gmp)


5gems/0.15cooldown/0.5crit chance = 66.6hits per second needed
4gems = 53hits per sec
3gems = 40hits per sec

rain of arrows can hit a single target avg 15times, ezz 11times, and posible 21times
66.6hits per sec / 15times per shot vs single target = 4.44 attacks per second needed at 50%crit chance

it just gives you 100% accuracy
