it may lag behind a day or so, but fg:ex will rise to match. the reason why is if it doesn't, then people will simply buy ex with fg, sell it in game for fusings/other currency, and sell that back on jsp for higher price. if one doesn't rise with the other, then there is arbitrage and the market takes care of those opportunities fairly quickly.
also if people are hoarding eternals, then that obviously means price of eternals are rising, and when those rise, then exalts needed to buy those rise as well (not necessarily at the same rate). "a rising tide raises all ships"

and if you think people who buy exalts are paying 1.25 in bulk you are crazy. only kids who decide to drop 20 dollars for some exalts off the different botting websites fall for that.

Supply and demand ingame does not reflect supply and demand on d2jsp

simple as that, think about it for a few minutes

right now at this moment i can sell exalteds for 1.03 if ex drop what you claim down, then i can just buy fg trade for ex and sell ex, im mean noone is idiot here all price is connected

Go on any of the infamous bot websites and look at the price of the uniques since you seem to "think" rmt automaticly translates to Fg

6L Shavs = 300 Dollars on several website im not going to name
Exalted = 1.25 (Your price)
6l Shavs ingame = 50-60 Ex

Do the math yourself, obviously does not translate, and i didn't even use Fg in that example

Im done trying to explain something as simple as supply and demand to you

Just because the demand on standard ingame goes up does not mean the price will rise on jsp if there is no demand because the average jsp plays temp leagues
