This is also true. Unless the trade has occurred, they won't ban the person for sure.
And if the trade has occurred, that means the "team of dirtbags" player who is attempting to collect evidence, is also violating the rules in the end.

It seems that PoE doesn't want to live, how unfortunate. Instead of the witch hunt for jsp users how about dealing with that duping/hacks/bots/broken farming method?

lol @ targetting sellers instead of buyers, that's the opposite of what the issue is. People selling items they found legit in-game aren't an issue, people coming to PoE with a stockpile of fg to buy currency could be an issue I guess.
