If we talking any 2 seperate enchants for the same skills we got a vast difference in whats good.

65% extra damage.

up to 5 extra projectiles for projectile skills including spells.

95% or more increased area of effect.

And all kinds of other insane benefits.

Why would you care about your defenses when everythings dead, this is the montra poe players have gone by since anarchy. The helmet you are talking about is going to be a t1 item.

I guess...
Only question is when you enchant it does it apply two random enchants or one at a time, and when you go to re enchant it does it rewrite them in the same order?

Meaning you could receive the perfect enchant like extra ts arrows and need to enchant over it so you can get a good 2nd enchant

That helmet has one enchantment on it in that picture. [9% flicker strike damage per frenzy charge is the uber lab version] so it looks like it writes one at a time.

Seems like disaster. Itll take forever to get two good matching enchants on that thing.

It would have been better if the item rolled the enchants when it was identified, and couldent be modified.

Witch with 68%minion speed passive
