Finally got a chance to read through it all. Best patch notes in a long time, I have no major complaints

They improved so many things, nerfed es, qol improvements. Not bad

Added a new Gladiator notable - Arena Challenger: Grants 2% more attack and movement speed per challenger charge, 25% chance to gain a challenger charge when you hit a rare or unique enemy while in blood stance, grants a challenger charge when you kill an enemy while in sand stance, and sets your maximum challenger charge count to 10.

finally ggg got the balls to really shake up meta! drastically not just some milktoast changes.
mobs bosses buffed like crazy too, their AI/script, due to the new dodge skills, cancelling casts etc. game being more responsive and skill-based. magic/rare mob life doubled!
and the league mechanic breach v3.0
