nah jsp is also considered rmt, no doubt on that. You can buy stuffs directly when a new league start so it's clearly rmt.

I can see the poe trading sub on here dying over this, or over time it will be just left with the rmt'rs who don't care about getting caught or losing accounts.

By my rough estimate, at least 30 over last two leagues have been banned or had a lock that use this sub. Its not like there are thousands of us trading on poe here.

I know I won't be trading anymore, I still enjoy poe enough I wouldn't want to risk losing my MTX now that ive been flagged.

Nah, because I would still interact with my main account between the two of them.

I know I could go through efforts of covering my tracks with VPNs and such, but nothing will be 100% safe.

I played with fire, I got my first burn and was enough to avoid the bigger one.

why dont they ban for the rest of the league as a first warning, instead of permaban directly.

if I were banned I would lean into the monetization aspect.

"Hey I woke up today and was banned, really bummed out because I just got paid and was really excited about buying a supporter pack and the kiracs battle pass to grind all weekend. I just got my brother into the game as well and planned on explaining how crucial stash tabs are to purchase"

i tested this, doesnt work

basically "banned" means acc is pretty much dead, the best way in such cases is to deny everything as that gives you at least a slight change of fixing the issue admitting has 0% success rate from about 15~20 cases ive seen so far, disputing it has like 5~10% success rate

edit: lower sample of disputed cases, like 10ish or so. should be more but my friends from poe generally dont invest in accounts so if they get banned, they dont even bother to dispute it, just make a new one
