Reduced maximum recovery per life leech.. Probably not the best tradeoff for the slayer mechanic the way they are reworking leech. I'd just go champ or slayer and forgo using these.

Now we need some energy shield effects are not removed at full energy shield items. I expect they'll come out in about a league or two now they way they are pissing op items out.
