Kids are human beings and have other identifiers outside of their first name, such as last name, SIN, etc.
Places are broken down from country -> state/province -> city -> street -> postal code
D2jsp only really has account name afaik
Discord has your public name, account name and discord ID afaik
There's less factors to single out someone on d2jsp and discord, making you more vulnerable to being implicated since there's no other ways to easily disprove it
How do you not get that if you are guilty of something, then even being considered as a suspect isn't favourable to you

And I made this post based on the evidence that they're using to implicate the person
So how does it not make sense that you'd be safer off if you didn't have matching names?

I saw a news segment last night that said to "call the police" if I find this special type of electrical outlet in my house. Then they go on to say that contractors could have installed cameras in my outlets instead of functional plugs. 😳

I have no idea why anyone would waste cameras on my outlets but someone out there is certain it's already happened to me.

I know nobody is spying on me. But maybe it's helps others feel important to think maybe someone wants to spy on them. 🤷‍♂️

FYI my posts here have absolutely ZERO bearing on what games I play. Contrary to your logic I am capable of playing two, three or more games in a day. I'm fully capable of grinding baals with friends in the morning and running sanctums at night laying in bed. I can even mix in some CoD or anything else in the middle. I can have my friends trade stuff off for me that we find together too. Hell, I could just not use JSP at all for some periods of time. I could also make a char just to trade for a friend in a game I'm not currently playing. But your rock solid logic has me and my gaming regimen completely figured out after a quick search? 🤦

Have you even seen/read the Reddit post?

The initial evidence was the matching names
Then they looked further to find actual d2jsp threads where the person in question is buying mirrors
After, they found out that the day the user edited his ISO thread to closed is 1 day before/day of when the mirror service bow was completed and then announced
Other people have then come forward with screenshots of the actual discord user PMing others and literally offering real life money for an in-game item
