the fact that you claim you are runninng t15 red maps in the zone when you aren't even awakener 2 in I find hard to believe so in general you just seem to be bullshiting anyway.
well since you respond so late and your comment dosn't help because the issue has been resolved, i found the answer. I did just need to run maps in that zone it didn't spawn the conqueror but eventually i found the citadel by just running those maps.
bullshitting what ? you must be dumb as fuck if you think someone can't buy a red map and run it ... it wasn't hard at all, u clearly know nothing ... i was in red maps in other zones, i just only got white maps for that zone and never ran them, this post was made so i could try to run them to get the watch stones in that zone so i could progress ...
