from what we have seen, they've just adjusted some damage numbers; vaal axes got flat increase (uul netol examble) - meatgrinders got a dps decrease but 5% double damage implicit (brain rattler example)

it just simply needs more than that to actually compete

They made it seem like they were going to do more than what they've showed so far.

Not sure if it's a little better or an overhaul.
