yo i've been playing ds3 again lately, such an amazing game

love the level- and monster design

Need to do another playthrough I've played the entire series a ton but only all the dlcs once in dks3

bloodborne > ds3 > ds2 = ds1 IMO

just wish there was earlier weapon variety in bloodborne

For single player and story I agree with that list mostly, for pvp I honestly think dark souls 2 with its vast variety of weapons and dualwield unique movesets made it very fun. I had the most fun pvp on that game which seems to be quite a different opinion than most

Because I’m a stubborn guy who likes min maxing. I set small goals of what I want to do and just grind at it, and honestly, I just like the grind.

im playing ds2 offline due to no PS+ unfortunately so can't chime in on that, but yes it just seems like theres way more options for pvp in it

It only feels bad when you cant do it quick I think

Making a new char and speeding through content isnt that boring for me tbh

You hear people say, "omg I hate the leveling through acts"
but maybe thats because they did it so much or maybe
they just dont like running to get to the quests,
and then you have people who say, "I love maps"

Combine the progress and the map aspect and you got Allience's situation at the surface.
Im sure creating the build is a lot of fun for him too.


Tl;dr this whole game is a grind. what is there really to enjoy about it is the real question

the ringed city is fine af but i haven't enjoyed the painted world of ariandel that much tbh



haven't played any soulsborne game except ds3 so far, should definitely get into it
