If the game ran fine on laptop before and now it's unplayable then there's probably room to complain

Your inability to read is fantastic.
If you would have bothered to read the thread you would have know this is a bug by poe since 3.8 that caused poe to run on native graphics card instead of the preferred one, thus causing potato performance. There are workarounds as described in this topic but until now the bug remains.
But sure, keep shitposting blindly for all I care.
