They’ve messed with and tweaked spells league after league. I don’t understand how they could basically say people felt that spells have been ignored lol

self cast has been dead for a while cept for a few skills bv/sb
there was no reason to self cast arc and many other spells over totem/mine/trap

I don't disagree to an extent although self cast arc is pretty good along with storm brand, and winter orb. I just think it's crazy that there explanation was they felt that spells needed better balance.

Like a doctor walking into an ER helping the guy with 3 stitches in his hand before helping the gutshot gunshot victim and saying "well he needed stitches in his hand too"

for every second the supported spell is not casted, it casts a extra time ones it will be casted, capped at 6.66



nice for cwdt
for when you only heal 500 per sec, and skills only trigger ones per 5 sec
then you get a avarage of 1skill gem trigger per 1 sec
normaly this would require 2500heal per sec

Looks better than betrayal.
