I tend to agree with you that some prophecies should auto trigger. When i did unbearable whispers I, II, III, IV, there was no RNG. literally just auto triggered when i entered the right zone.

Also, Caulder are you sure that you cant drop mind of the council in The Pale Court?

This video seems to show one dropping from the boss fight. Although it was an old video and recorded during prophecy league so im not sure if that changes anything.
