the weapon probably not works with Spectral Shield Throw, its this shield, not this weapon.

there is 1 attack that almost functions as good with 1.3aps as it would with 2.5aps,
Static Strike.



still, takes alot of offweapon damage to beat other weapons

oh I didn't even see the shield part lol
