pretty much u will be able to afford the gear needed for ele hit mate
its doesnt require much of an items
chinsol 5link at tops and the helmet upgrade will be costly early i guess
kaoms heart for imortality and pretty much thats it

and u can also do it without frosterno and xoph's anyway
hope this help u to decide whether or not its good for a starter
