Yeah, I believe so.

Being killed on HC sends you to SC, correct. At the end of an HC race if you are alive you are transferred to the HC league not the SC league.

Correct. Once game comes out ima just start HC but when I die ima just play softcore. I will play HC for the leagues since that makes it fun though. From race it brings you to HC league.

ok i seeleagues a matter of entertainment but maybe some people will just play like "normal" so they keep exping his character?? cos for leagues and such u must spend so much time on the game..

Even "normal" is a league. There is the "default league" which is SC. They have the "hardcore league" which is hardcore mode obviously and they have a "legacy league". The legacy league is for closed beta only and is just where they move your characters to when they make changes to the game that require a character wipe. For the races and events they make new "leagues" that only las as long as the race.

Fuck it. I am comming back tp Path of Exile. No mroe chance for Diablo 3.

How do races actually work? Do you have to create a new char each time for them, or can you enter them with your main who, for example, is currently on HC/SC League? Then they just get sent back to where they were.

In a race everyone starts with a new char. You lay at the beach and can't move until the race starts.

Just started playing. A lot more fun that playing diablo3 at the moment
