solvable solution might be eldritch battery with leech, but you would need a pool/leech amount that is going to feel good

i mean there really are many solutions but like.. you need unreserved 7xx mana/es if you're dual cospris prob ~150 less without 2 but then you gotta make up ias to hit 15 APS cap

idk maybe utilize the 30% cost as life/other 70% mana if you can mitigate that through w.e form of recovery

potentially will need 2 mana clusters with mana on a lost of the rare gear to even have the base mana to cast the spells

You can also get tons of reduced mana cost via boot enchant uber lab, Militant faith, Non-channeling skills have -8 mana cost and lots of other ways.

noticed those but I am going dual cospri setup, i realize they do spawn on it, but I've got reverse KB cyclone rn

they spawn on cospris but my setup already reaches the BP and i don't lose PCs

Yeah the whole process of CoC is solving problems, same with Wardlooping.
