Also I dont see many people getting to 85% chaos resist as most never got to -50.

Am I dumb. From how I read the Storm brand info it got a slight activation delay and less area damage clear speed but buffed single target?

With this i can run eldritch battery for mana and mind over matter for extra ehp, i can stack chaos res instead of elemental and not get messed up by snakes, i can use incandescent heart to take further reduced damage and get a huge damage boost.
Its absolutely busted.

It worked well, clear was not as good as it could be and i explained why i moved to shattered steel.
I did all game content with shield throw though.
