I guess it depends on the individual person/employee dealing with your matter.
I also tried to find patterns, just like you do, but there are non.
Some ppl get perma -banned right away...Others get 2nd or even 3rd (!) chances!

I bought 10 euros of exalts this league because I made a stupid mistake and I was angry on myself. They didnt talk about fg, just I made RMT.
