Bone armor is way too good. Necros have a good defensive option finally and its going to be more worth it to take alchemist and invest in more minion movement speed again.

So, what will be the best skill to clear the whole screen in 1 shot without having to aim or think ? Considering... Let's say 100Ex budget.
