Whenever I see something priced like that I don't actually expect to pay that much. I mean it's easy to guess the person mistaked chaos for exalted orbs ffs.

I have actually gotten a few items priced like that where they actually sell it. But yeah some are priced like that by accident some for trying to effect pricing.

Especially right now my Latency won't drop below 140 for some reason. Servers are weird sometimes.

One FML situation I had a few weeks ago : Hadn't played PoE in a few days (perhaps weeks) so I log in, see a guy who wants regrets in trade channel, look up poe.trade, see 50:1, offer 50 for 1, guy is super happy, accepts, trade done.
I look poe.trade again, Essence was selected (for some reason). I got ripped off. :-D
