Why do you need brass, when you deceiver 30 + chest corruption 50 and passive tree 20% 100% reduce crit's extra damage, then use reckless defense and belt mod > get flask charge on crit / flask charge on critted by mob (Flasks mod)

if you use a lightning skill, its 1-9000 dmg, and rolling twice could be 300 vs 7500, it'll always take the highest rolled damage, Aka rolling twice for the highest dps, it's a fractory better.
