If you are getting customers banned with cash you would have to refund them, and you would risk chargebacks.

If you get jsp customers banned, "owell jsp is rmt thats the risk you run"

They don't need a spy or a fraud team to have a jsp account, they mention jsp in all bans including straight cash ones. Its automated, just like how they flag people for rmt, they flag the botters, then flag everyone that then trades with them.

I was there when the mtgo forum died, everyone who got locked mentioned jsp in their appeal. They didn't need to have a jsp account to know what was going on.

There is heavy suspicion that Smalldevil94 is using alts to get people to trade with him, since most wont trade with him anymore.

I kind of wish mods would investigate to see if true.

problem is even when people had proof he was getting them banned (in wow) not enough of them made scammer accusations. If you get banned and someone says, "jsp is rmt thats the risk" fuck them. That person is shady as hell and knows what they are doing.

how many of us have used this site for 10 years and never once been banned in any game or gotten anyone else banned? But the SAME person is getting people banned left and right?

Mod team can't even handle moderating trade threads let alone figuring out multis. Best thing you can do is avoid new accounts or low posts (bought multis) and only trade with high level characters.

I got it unlocked but basically its flagged. Like everyone getting locked and unlocked. So i can no longer use my main account to trade

It seems GGG is very pro active on bans, we don't even know if they do them right away. It would make sense if they waited after catching someone and just watch them for a few days to catch more.

It does seem like GGG is taking a ban first, and unlock on appeal approach if the person comes clean. I haven't heard of anyone who gotten a lock getting unlocked after denying everything.

I haven't heard back on my appeal yet, I'm hoping to be unlocked as I do have a very old account with more mtx than I would ever buy again.

But in the end I'm not bitter, as I was fully aware of what I was doing could result in a lock/ban. Though if I do get it back I won't risk doing anything on that account as it is flagged. So even using alt accounts to funnel it money seems like a simple thing they can track.

they locked a couple of people I know who dont do any d2j or real money sites
just use tft and flip toons they build and they were locked, and had to explain they were just using tft and that got them unlocked

I don't know if I would be able to continue playing if I lost everything. Not so much the cosmetic MTX's but a couple hundred in stash tabs alone would be hard to convince me to rebuy.

I don't think you understand what i'm saying, you personally did not cash out or trade for real money. But the people willing to sell you exalts at your cheap prices (compared to others) DO use cash sites.

They are willing to take less fg because they bought those exalts at below market values knowing full well they are likely flagged.

It's similar to how people got locked in mtgo, if someone was trading you legit tickets for your fg neither of you were getting locked. It was the stolen cc users selling you stolen tickets getting you locked.

The people getting users banned arent cash shops buying currency on jsp, they are middlemen buying flagged currency from the cash shops and unloading them here.

well then trading is fucked for good
cause there is no way to tell who is using real money sites
