Reading how patch notes affect item affects, passive nodes, etc. Yep they do it.

bit of a stupid exalt tbh. Vegan Attack speed is one of the best mods you can wish you, arguably its even better than t1 cast sped due to whirling blades and clear speed efficiency wise.

Pitty what a waste of a decent dagger.
