Pretty sure everyone will be playing new campaign anyway, they literally said they didnt remove old campaign because it took them long time to make and removing it all would be throwing that all away
Its like comparing d2 classic with d2 lod, you will play classic if you feel nostalgic and if you never experienced it
not sure how ascendancy will work tho

Jonathan said that you must play the old campaign up to act3 to unlock the ascendancy classes, but account wide? Like Scion maybe, not sure.

Sure people will try the new campaign when it is actually new.

I was thinking more like maybe 2-3 leagues later the majority of the efficiency obsessed playerbase will have figured out which playthrough is fastest, maybe depending on the build, and will ignore the other option, which is a bit sad for all the work they put in.

Anyway it's fine to have a choice I guess.

guy explains how changing the difficulty and having people who were previously doing t14 maps would only be able to do t7 maps and feel bad... SO? why give casual players the option to copy paste a build and clear literally all content?

and certainly provided much better commentary than tarke...

just was horrible at playing the game demo and should not have been one to stream it since he doesn't even know the skills
