Soulwrest phantasms has been the strongest and one of the fastest budget builds since it came out and probably wont get the nerf it needs for a while yet. GGG has no clue how their game works.

If you delve deep enough it won't save you, it's very interesting to have Glancing Blows in POE now though.

It should be 25% damage. maybe less. Its garbage right now. Also, no extra block recovery on the node means you can just get chain blockstun for 50% damage it wont matter what your defenses are unless you take something with stun immunity.

Energy shield regen on life looks way better and we dont even know what the shadow/ranger side of the tree will give.
