drop rate on divine and exalt is same,
divines were available because of vendor recipe of 6 link, which ggg turned into 20 fusing instead of a divine

The real reason for the change is people figured out the timeless jewels and could divine endlessly for very cheap to get mirror tier timeless jewels
now divines are too rare and valuable to bother divining any gear.

depends on how quickly you can get decent drop rates at, too long and you may be better off playing something else unless your dead set on rank 30 league points
