in d2 you read description and quickly know if it's spectral hits or cold immune. no issues there
And so what if party play gets an advantage with a dedicated MF culler? It's exactly like in d2, people could be carrying mf gear and getting last hits.
Getting one shot randomly never has been a problem for me except on a glass cannon build. I think the issue is more that you could have essence/metamorph mobs that were more difficult than Sirus.
They are definitely listening, I was really fed up with that mf culling discord shit last league. They've fixed it and made AN mobs more lawn-mowable. I say that's a good patch
D2 you see it near the monster name, with a color, it's instant. Monsters are moving much slower too.
It's not the same in team, there's no culling strike gem in D2. In poe, a culler can permanently spam everywhere with... KB, TS, or CF (corrupted fever...)
Actually they are still trying to fool players by doing easy coding (removing lines and string) they arent even tunning damage. Still spike damage.

personally i like it  the post didnt seem to have much PR talk (had some, like trigger words "modern", "we feel that" etc), looks okay to me in general. also i never hated the AN idea in the first place, just the way it was implemented. possible problems i see are hidden mechanics they didnt mention and the fact that everyone expected a bunch of nerfs and a damage control post. this was obviously that post  so i guess all other posts will be nerfs
They continue to lie. Their priority is to increase retention so they gather everything and if players arent happy they add things like white monsters who drop nothing and no no damage, or maps that can drop splinters of fragments that would boost loot in others maps ...
They are destroying it, slowly loool.
