okay so they said they were "removing useless jewels" but then removed build enabling ones, wtf ?

even more insulting was removing replicas because "the non replica was useless"

also the "high availability of certain jewels made them have so little value we had to remove them" first of all, they didnt "have to" remove jack shit as the harvest crafts from 2 leagues before were a way better solution, and second, bread is cheap also yet i dont see people removing it sometimes cheap things are needed. actually all the time cheap things are needed. china built the whole country based on that philosophy

some jewels add obscure build path.. Why not make them exclusively purchasable from NPCs for a couple chaos instead of outright removing them?

it has some unique features that allow a lot of creativity but dont have much to do with the game itself ! for example i played a lot in kalandra league simply because they added a new armor that makes you able to see scions ass and sorcs boobs (i mean technically you can see sorcs ass as well but she has a very small ass so nothing special there) so i made both scion and sorc using that armor. and i care next to nothing about effectiveness of the char so the fact that the game is absolute trash right now doesnt really concern me :zzz:

and also a much more important thing! i like making hideouts ggg can nerf everything (and judging by how they started, they probably will) and that wouldnt concern me at all either

still, ggg IS constantly disrespecting and gaslighting players and i kinda enjoy seeing them suffer for it everything became soulless and corporate and player numbers confirm it. they can gaslight people all they want, but people can feel when something is wrong, and somehow ggg doesnt seem to realize where it went wrong. and it went wrong right from the start which is when they put a clinical psychopath as the head of the company so yeah, that would be another reason why im still in poe. its like a car crash right now, i just cant look away

seems their idea was to remove implicits and nerf ailment avoidance, so the whole story they gave was probably just to damage control that. some things...had to be sacrificed for tHe vIsIoN

edit: oh and they straight up wanted to kill certain builds, like ward loop and such. this was the easiest way i guess
