people that operate like that guy don't use the same accounts to buy and sell. Its entirely possible they did get homie banned (they flip all day lol) while not getting the other banned.
user sells bulk flagged botted currency on one account and gets everyone they trade with ON THAT ACCOUNT banned. User then buys clean currency to resell with a legit account (because if they get banned buying they lose out what they paid, but when they get banned on the selling account they lose nothing the currency has been sold)
They are on "on demand" buyers. They only buy one when someone orders, so the currency is on their account for like 5 minutes. There's little risk for the flipper to lose the currency. Most of these RMT shops have long time suppliers. Someone who is associated with a mirror shop, say TFT, can collect fees on any account. And say they have all their items on a selling service as well, is free to RMT with zero risk in regards to losing their revenue stream (item sales or mirror fees).
Hope that makes sense. The point is there is little risk to the suppliers main accounts. More risk for the buyers.
