I made an appeal and they removed the ban to a warning.
But now my account is probably flagged and I cant do trades here anymore which sucks.

I saw his name making rounds, but I thought maybe it was an unlucky coincidence based on how smalldevil94 kept selling even after being banned

I traded him on 2 different accounts, one survived, the other got banned shortly after

Might have to do with account age or activity, but I'm thinking of contacting them via my main account (has hundreds of $$$ into it) and asking why I got banned for buying gear to setup an aurabot for myself

i had over 1000$ of mtx and they didnt remove my ban
when i did the appeal i said i traded once my leftovers from archnemesis for csgo items and i wouldnt do it again, they didnt remove my ban
i got my reply from Rory so maybe some mods are more lenient than others
its still probably better to deny that you ever did RMT and "threaten" pursuing legal action, i heard that works

My first message through the official "appeal ban" request went along the lines of, "I have no idea why I got banned. I see that the reason is Real Money Trading, but I've never partaken in such. I know a mistake has been made and would like the ban to be removed. If I am truly guilty, please show me the evidence you have that proves I was involved in RMT. I'd like to know exactly what I did that caused this ban so I may prevent myself from making the same mistake. Please review my account as there is no way I had been involved in RMT and your system has made a mistake."

After, they rejected the appeal and said I can't overturn it, so I sent an actual message to the Support team to explain what had happened. Threatened legal action but they said no changes will be made after the ban appeal has been denied. I sent them an email everyday being like, "Please show the proof or admit a mistake has been made on GGG's end. Remove the ban or I will pursue legal actions."

Then my account got locked completely after 3-4 days of this lol. I can't even access my account as in log onto the PoE website

It's because he doesn't hold mirrors. He buys "on demand" aka has sellers who he contacts and then flips the mirrors for profits essentially acting as a middle man. But the middle man account has no gear and therefore doesn't matter, but also is easy to detect by GGG
