but i also heard theyre actively banning people from NL/BE so doesnt seem worth it

Of course they do. fifa has been sentenced to 250,000 euros a week up to a maximum of 5,000,000 if they are caught.
I dont think lost ark will take the risk. In Belgium i believe the penalty is even higher but not sure about that.

Edit: good news raad van state decided last Wednesday that the conviction is not valid. So that gives hope for lost ark as well. We will see.
