"popsicle stick" is an obvious and flippant term for macros. small brain stuff.
using a mouse with multiple side-buttons that you can hit all at once with your thumb is pretty popular. average iq stuff.
programming a simple script with randomized intervals between keypresses is a thing. kinda smart stuff.
3d printing a spacebar-like key that spans 1-5 on your keyboard... exclusively genius stuff.

Macros keyboard or mouse
Set random delays between inputs between different values like:
First delay: Random between 0-50ms
Second delay: Random between 10-60ms
etc..

Anything between 0 and 100ms is fine.
1 in a million you will ever be detected, not that ggg cares about that anyway, people use macros to log out in hardcore for years even on stream.

Tbh, if you play really fast "juicing" builds, after 2-3 leagues, you should be able to train your muscle memories to click those flasks perfectly.

most builds will run 4 spam flasks and a 5th panic/life flask 2345 2345 2435 2345 1 only when needed and lets be honest unless your build is trash that 1 time is usually corrupting blood/bleed you're removing
