Ok maybe the problem is that you approach the minotaur as any other map boss?

Guardians are much harder, but they have telegraphed attacks which you're not supposed to get hit by. Maybe you've seen some youtube videos where people facetank minotaur, but toxic rain is not a build to do that generally speaking, at least not without building specifically for tankiness or having godlike gear.

And your survivability is great or its squishy?

Looking at your build you should be easily deleting t16 bosses and conqs on SC
this might not be a thing you want to hear or are looking for but learning mechanics of those bosses is very important on ev/es based characters with low hp pool where you usually cant face tank everything ( you'd probably get one shot even if you had 6k hp~ pool depending on the map mods )
throw in a decoy totem or a golem to distract some attacks if you wish but overall you just have to get used to avoiding mechanics which comes with experience

I did a tr trickster a while back tbh i preferred es over life. Ran this toon when sims first came out and it cleared all content. I might have my pob still have to check once im home
